Aberdeen V2 Propulsion System

NOTE: The photographers scale seen
in many of these shots is 6 x 12 inches
in size with inches shown in the
checkerboard portion.
Although incomplete this engine assembly provides a useful look at the inner workings of the V2 propulsion system. Its flat-finish redish brown paint and the soft light provided by an overcast day created ideal conditions for photography. As noted elsewhere, this set of V2 components is destined for display at the U.S. Air Force Museum in Dayton Ohio after restoration.
