SHADO Moon Shuttle Carrier

This is a Mike Trim design executed nearly line-for-line as originally designed by him. The Carrier operated as a mothership for the smaller Lunar Shuttle by taking it to high altitudes in the Earth's atmosphere for launch and later re-docking with it to bring it back to the ground. No cockpit or crew were ever seen for it so we are left to speculate about those details. Like other SHADO craft of this size, it probably operated with a crew of two but crews as high in number as four were not unknown in the show.
